allergic to benzoyl peroxide?

I recently found out I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide after using a neutrogena facewash that had it in it. I've used products with benzoyl peroxide before with no issues but now my eyes get extremely red and itchy as well as puffy. I no longer use the neutrogena stuff and have now switched to clinique but it also has benzoyl peroxide and I got an allergic reaction to it. I'm wondering what would happen if I continued to use it as it is the only thing that helps clear my acne.

-i had 8th months of discharged every day i have it so i wear pantie liners every day.
-i have a lot of hair done there and i have some arm pit hair,i have leg hair.

My mom got her first period at 13 and my both of my sisters have it 13 and half.

How to get rid of a spot (acne type thing) overnight!?

I am 16, and neither of my parents had spots or acne. However, this morning, I got a single spot, which is almost definitely acne. What is a way of getting rid of it overnight? I have heard about putting either toothpaste or antiseptic cream on overnight... what should I do for a quick repair?! Thanks to you all in advance :D

Sooo like i've heard, and been told not to do a million times, I picked a reallly annoying zit and turned it into a scab. I'm wondering what works to heal it faster and make it fall off ASAP?

I've heard honey and crushed aspirin, which i'm going to try soon.. Any other suggestions?

Something I should worry about or just Baby Acne?

First of all can a 3 week old have an allergic reaction?

We have 2 dogs and it may just be my paranoia of the fear of losing them, but I'm scared she may be developing allergies to them with these bumps.

Right when she turned 3 weeks old she started getting red bumps on the bridge of her nose and on her cheeks. then I noticed there are some bumps on her ears, on her forehead, and even her scalp. I even noticed 1 or 2 on her neck.

I talked to my mom who is nurse and she assures me its just baby acne and its rather common (infact she said my daughters cousin had it really bad compared to my daughter.)

We were actually at the pediatricians the other day when it was at its worst and he didn't say anything about it.

So I am wondering if I am over reacting or if I should be concerned and call the pediatrician back.

It looks the worst after she has cried, they don't seem to be bothering her (as far as being itchy), and it doesn't seem to be spreading to anywhere but her face.

I been takin it for a year and i found some other product that i want to use topically instead of internally called exposed acne treatment.
So 2 questions...
1) what happens (side effects) of stopping cold turkey tetracycline
and
2) Do you reccomend exposed acne treatment and if not what is the best product you suggest out there to get rid of my severe acne?

Ive had mild acne for a while now and ive been shaving recently. My acne tends to flare up really bad after shaving and sometimes can make it much worse. I need a quick short term alternative to shaving that wont hurt my skin. Any ideas?

PCOS and Birth Control?

I am 15 years old and i have ALL the symtoms of PCOS. I have the hair, acne, brown spots, irregular periods and ect.. I am not obese and not really over weight, but i am chubby...I am 5'1 and around 135 pounds but it is VERY VERY VERY hard for me to lose weight, i have tried many times and i just can't !

I am thinking about starting birth control for;
1. Help the acne.
2. Help with the facial hair and male hair patterns.
3. Help increase the size of my breast, because i am completely flat chested like a paper, no roundness or anything to my breast...NO JOKE! :(

But here's the problem; I am VERY scared to gain weight on birth control...Even 3-5 pounds will affects me cause it will probably take me like 1 month to lose it, i have a very hard time losing it. Do you think i would gain any weight, because i think i am high in male hormones and low in female hormones, seeing my breast haven't grown yet, so maybe my body needs the hormones so i won't gain any weight...? What do you think? Because i heard that if you don't need the extra hormones that's what makes you gain weight.....

an ultrasound showed i had many follicles in the ovaries. i have also had very oily skin and acne since my teen years that just won't go away. my doctor doesnt seem concerned, he doesn't think it's PCOS since i'm skinny and don't have high blood pressure or diabetes or anything. so what else could it be?
there was also a little fluid in my pelvic cavity. dr said ruptured cyst?

I think my infant daughter might be having allergies to one or both of our dogs. How would I figure it out for sure. What to do if she is?

And if she is having allergy problems to one or both of the dogs, what are some things I can do to lessen the effect?

(Don't have any intention of getting rid of my dogs, unless I have no other option...as in its absolutely to dangerous to keep them around her, which I seriously doubt is the case)

My daughter is 3 weeks old and she has break out on her face, little red bumps. Doctor said its most likely just baby acne but I'm not sure. She started getting this last Wednesday/Thursday. Right at 3 weeks from the time she was born.

Here is the thing when we were out all day Saturday and Sunday it started to clear up. We get back home around the dogs and it wasn't long after both dogs greeted her that her face started getting the bumps again. She has a lot of bumps today

We have 2 dogs a Minature Poodle and a Terrier mix. (The Terrier mix is a high shedder)

Our poodle is always nearby, whereever she is. He is always right there. (Supervised ofcourse)

I'm wondering if its him.....

Now don't go saying you can't be allergic to a poodle because I am. I'm not so much allergic to him as everything he brings in on his coat. Right now I can't even be around him, spring has sprung here and pollen is bad. (Also he gets that grass stains on his feet from the fresh cut grass, I'm allergic to fresh cut grass too)

Our Terrier sheds up a storm but I keep the place dusted and vacuumed daily but I've never had any allergy problems with her. And she is rarely around my daughter.

My husband isn't allergic to anything.

So how would we go about finding out if my daughter is allergic, she is a little too young for allergy testing?

And what can we do to help if she is?

I'm hoping the doc is right and its just baby acne, but if not he does have an allergy specialist on staff.

I'm not so sure its the dogs but perhaps whatever allergen my poodle is brining in on his coat. (The same one that I can't get near him right now over)
Lizzie: Didn't you read the whole thing? I have talked with the doctor, he isn't concerned right now...but I still am.

I'm just scared i'm going to end up having to give up the dogs or something.

I just need advice on how to lessen the allergen exposure that the dogs might be giving. Any special cleaning products or stuff.

(If this doesn't clear up soon or get worse I am going to take her back to the pediatrician)
